Who we are

Brentvale Limited (RC 179695), 15 Agodogba Avenue, Park View, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria, decides how the details you send us are used. Contact us about your data at info@brentvaleltd.com.

What we collect

What you enter in our requirement form or send us directly: your name, company, role, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details of your requirement. We also keep the date you sent it, the page you sent it from, and any campaign tag in the link you followed.

We count visits to this website with an analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To respond to your requirement, assess whether we can help, prepare a proposal, and carry out any work we agree with you. We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

  • Partners needed to answer or deliver your requirement, such as vessel owners, operators and forwarding agents, only as far as the job needs.
  • The service providers that run our website and email: Vercel (website hosting and enquiry storage), Resend (sending form emails) and Microsoft (our email).

Transfers outside Nigeria

Our service providers store and process data outside Nigeria, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. We use providers that protect personal data under contract and with recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer where they become part of a contract we must keep records of.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use them, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere, by emailing info@brentvaleltd.com. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
